Panopto - How to share a folder

Open the folder you'd like to share.

Click the share icon.

[[Please Note:]] Users who already have access to a folder will have access to any sub-folders saved within it, to stop this; Click "Change" to view the inheriting option.

Click the "Keep member as an added user" field to un-tick it.

Click "Stop Inheriting"

To share the folder search for the recipients name in the "Add people and groups" field.

Click "Send"

[[Alternatively]] Click "Copy Link"

This pop-up will appear after a successful copy. Paste the URL link into a message to your chosen recipients.
