Click Activities & Clubs to locate the PTC sign up.

Select the desired PTC session that you wish to book for.

Expand the teacher list under each of your children and select the timeslots that work best for you.

To change the timeslot of a booking, click another timeslot and accept any warnings.

Once all desired timeslots have been selected, click "Check availability" to book them in.

Accept any Terms & Conditions.

Click Book.

Click My Diary from the navigation pane, find the appointment and close to the meeting start time, click the Join Meeting button.
