PayPal: Create Invoice

Step guide to create an invoice for the customer. Customers will receive invoices via email and can pay directly. Notice of invoice creation and payment will be sent to your email.

To to [Paypal.com](http://Paypal.com) and Click "Log In"

Enter your email and password, Click Log In

Click "Pay & Get Paid"

Select "Create Invoice" from drop-down menu

Click "Create Invoice"

Click drop-down menu

Select "Create new customer"

Click "Customer details"

Enter Customer Information

Check box if you want to save customer information for future invoices

Click "Save"

Click "Item Name" Drop-down button

Select "Create new item"

Enter Item information, quantity, price per unit (NOT total) and description. \ Click "Add"\ \ Repeat steps to add additional items.

Review invoice and Click "Send"

You will receive a confirmation message that invoice has been sent.\ Click "close sheet" to exit.
