Accessing and Paying Invoices for Sweet 16® Tickets

Click "Sign In"

Click "Sign In"\ \ Use the same email address where you received your invoice to login. You will need to use the password that you used to order the tickets, in most cases, the same one as 2023.\ \ If you have a new email this year, you will first want to create a new, free account in order to see your invoices or tickets.\ \ If you don't store your password, you will need to remember it and enter it. If you have forgotten, you can select "Forgot Password" and follow the prompts to reset the password. \ Be mindful that with the unified sign-in system for Ticketmaster, changing this password may very well change your password in all of your accounts (i.e. [ticketmaster.com](http://ticketmaster.com), [rupparena.com](http://rupparena.com), or any of the Universities that utilize Ticketmaster

Click "Pay My Invoices" at the top of the page if you have not yet completed your payment.\ \ Be aware of any published schedule and deadlines for payments.

Click on the specific event. If you don't, they will process in top down order (in case you have more than one event for which you owe)

Click "Continue"

Decide if you want to pre-purchase parking for the event. This would be for a week-long parking permit.\ \ Click "Continue"

Decide if you want to make a donation to the KHSAA Foundation. This Foundation sponsors a variety of scholarships and other leadership activities and does not use its funds for general daily operations of the Association.\ \ Click "Continue"

If a payment option is offered, then you would want to select your option, but the only option for 2024 is to pay in full.\ \ Click this icon.

Click "Pay In Full"

Once you enter your credit card number, and expiration, you will enter the CVV number.\ A valid credit card is the only form of payment for tickets. Purchase orders and checks are not permitted. \ Payment may also be made in person at the Central Bank Center box office (Limited Hours), with windows open on Wednesday and Friday 12:00pm to 4:00pm, and located on High St., next to the Hyatt Regency Hotel. Windows are open on Wednesday and Friday 12:00pm to 4:00pm.\ Click the "CVV" field and enter the number.

You will be required to agree to the terms and conditions.\ Click on these terms to read them if you feel the need.\ Click this icon.

Click "Pay Now" to complete your payment.

Click "View Updated Invoice"\ You will then see if there are other invoices due on your account.

You can then Click "Manage My Tickets"\ \ At a point in time, you will receive notice from both the KHSAA and CBC Box Office that your tickets can be managed.\ It is strongly encouraged that you move the tickets to your digital wallet on your mobile device (or appropriate location on other devices) if you are going to be the person managing entry for you or your group.\ Managing will also let you transfer individual seats to other users in a variety of means once the management features are open. For girls tickets in 2024, tickets will be able to be managed (transferred, etc.) on Monday, March 4 if paid. For boys tickets in 2024, tickets will be able to be managed (transferred, etc.) on Thursday, March 7.
