    Click On your @mercerislandschools.org account
    Click "Admin": If you do not see "Admin" contact [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])
    Click "Mercer Island Dashboard"
    Click "Create / Copy Event"
    Click the "Event Title" field.
    Type: The start of the title...PDE will suggest some Courses to COPY. It is general best to copy a course than start from scratch.
    Look through the suggestion and Click "Copy" on the course you would like to use as a template.
    Click the "Dates & Times" field. *You can edit anything. But, deselecting Dates & Times will ensure you don't have dates from the previous school year.
    Click the "Mercer Island School District Clock Hour Committee - Pre Screening" field.
    DEPARTMENT is optional
    Select "Mercer Island" if you are unsure if you have participants from a single school
    Click "Copy to New Event"
    Edit the DESCRIPTION. You may copy and paste from an existing document.
    EDIT the "Title*" field. PLEASE use a school as the prefix. Subtitle is optional
    Click this text field.
    Review and Edit the PRESENTER(s) and Primary Contact. "Organizer" is optional.
    Click "Remove"
    Click "Add Presenter *"
