Perform an Efficacy Audit (Android)

Open the Efficacy Audit app

Enter your username and password and tap "LOGIN"

If you have access to more than one hospital, tap to select the required hospital

Tap to select the required ward

If any questionnaires have already been completed, you will see the score, the date the questionnaire was submitted, and who submitted it

Tap "Complete Now"

You will see a list of questions to answer

Tap the drop-down box to answer a question

Select the required response and tap "CHOOSE"

Enter a comment, if required

Tap "SAVE" to submit

Choose whether or not to synchronise the audit. Synchronising will send the results to the dashboard. You won't be able to make any changes after synchronising

You will see a score for the questionnaire

Once you've completed all questionnaires, the audit will submit automatically and you will see an overall score

Tap "Synchronise" (two arrows in a circle) to push through any unsynchronised changes

Tap "SYNCHRONISE"
