Perform an Efficacy Audit (iOS)

Open the Efficacy Audit app

Enter your username and password and tap "Login"

If you have access to more than one hospital, tap to select the required hospital

Tap to select the required ward

If any questionnaires have already been completed, you will see the score, the date the questionnaire was submitted, and who submitted it

Tap "Complete Now"

You will see a list of questions to answer

Tap "**i**" for more information about a question

Tap "OK" to close

Tap the drop-down box to answer a question

Select the required response and tap "Choose"

Tap the comments box to enter a comment, if required

Enter the comment and tap "Save"

Tap "Save" to submit

You will see a score for the questionnaire

Once you've completed all questionnaires, you will see the overall score
