**Scenario:** We want to look at Alejandro Ohashi's organizational relationships using Person Organizational Summary. We will use their Empl ID to search for them.
    8
Searching by **Empl ID** is a Berkeley best practice.
    9
Alejandro Ohashi's Empl ID returned 5 results. **Best practice** is to open up Personal Org Summary and view all rows to get an understanding of all their organizational relationships.
    10
Click any row to open up their Person Org Summary. **Note**: no matter which row you click, Person Org will always default to the lowest empl record.
    11
A person may have multiple types of relationships visible in their Person Organizational Summary: 1. **Employee -** on payroll status 2. **Contingent Worker** - not on payroll status, but affiliated with the University and need to be tracked in UCPath. 3. **Person of Interest -** neither an employee or CWR, and do not have job data nor are they on payroll status. They are someone who Berkeley tracks in UCPath for various reasons, for example a Staff Retiree or an Academic Potential Hire. In our example, Alejandro has all three types of relationships.
    12
**Best practice:** scroll to the right and click **View All** if the employee has multiple empl records.
