Navigate to Synbiotix

Enter your username and password and click "Login"

Select Stock Management
There are two pathways to pick an order: through the Order Picking List and through Requests
Pick through Order Picking List

To pick through the Order Picking List, select the warehouse (if you have access to more than one warehouse)

Click "Order Picking List"

Click "Pick Order"

You will see a list of items and the quantities ordered. By default, the quantity picked will match the quantity ordered. You will also see the current stock level in the warehouse

Update the quantity picked with any variance

Click "Ready to Dispatch" when the pick is complete

Click "Yes"

You will see a summary of the pick.\

Click "Back" to return to the order list
Pick through Requests

To pick through Requests, click "Requests"

The Requests page shows all outstanding orders for all warehouses (that you have access to) by default.
Select a warehouse from the drop-down box to filter, if required

Click "Go" to apply any filters

Click "Pick Order"
