Pin and Use the Power BI App in Microsoft Teams

Open Microsoft Teams.

Once Microsoft Teams is open. Click "Apps" located on the left side of the app.

A new window opens with a search bar where you can find the app you're looking for.

For this example we are looking for the Power BI App. Type "Power BI" and hit the enter key. The power BI app will appear on the right side of the Microsoft Team App(make sure to select the newest version).

Select "Open".

Once you select open the Power BI app will appear on the left side of Microsoft Teams App.

Right-click on the Power BI app to access a menu, then choose "Pin" from that menu.

Select "Apps".

You will go to "Get Apps" to get the app you need.

On the app you want select get it now.

In the Power BI app on Microsoft Teams select BIC CRM.

Maximize the Microsoft Teams App for better visibility.

In Power BI you can subscribe to a report. Click "subscribe to report".

Another window will open and click "Create a subscription".

Another window will open asking information about when, how and and how often you want the report.

After you finished filling the form click "Save".

You can also export a report. In the report right-click "Export".

A menu will open and you can select the way you want to export the report.

You will go to "Get Apps" to get the app you need.
