PitchPower assessment step by step guide

Click "**Log in**" or click "**Create an account**" if you don't already have a log in.

Click "**Join Organisation**"

Click the "**Search for your organisation**" field and type in the name of your organisation. This could be a football or sports club, a town, parish or district/borough council or an educational establishment.

Click "**Add a new one here**" if your organisation is not already listed.

Type in your organisation details, name, type and address as well as the most relevant role that you have in the organisation. When complete, then click "**Add Organisation**"

If you share a site with another club click "**Join A Ground**" and check if the ground already exists in PitchPower. Otherwise, click "**Add A Ground**"

Enter the details for the site. When complete, click "**Add Site**"

Click the site symbol to ensure the icon is in the right location that represents your site on the map. Then click "**Add Site**" to confirm adjusted location.

Click "**Go To Site**"

Click "**Add New Sport**"

Click the "**Football**" field and then "**Add A Playing Area**"

Complete the details for the pitch(s). It is worth giving the name of the pitch that makes sense to you (e.g. Pitch A - 11v11 or Back Pitch - 7v7). Don't add any pitches that are marked out on top of others. (e.g. if you have two 5v5s marked out over an 11v11 pitch, only include the 11v11 pitch in PitchPower). Then click "Create"

Adjust the location of the pitch and the orientation. Then click "Add Playing Area"

If you need to add more pitches, click "Add Another Playing Area", otherwise, click "Continue To Playing Areas". You should add all of your pitches on this site at this point before proceeding.

Click "Your areas"

Click "Add New"

Click "Back to manage site"

Click "Assign Existing Playing Areas"
