Place an Order: Online POS

Click "Orders"

Choose "Place an Order"

Select the products being purchased.

To adjust the quantity or price of an item, click on the specific item in the cart.

Change the quantity and/or price if necessary. Click "Save"

To attribute a sale to a team member, click "Sold By" and search for their name. This person must be a team member in your account.

If the purchaser is a previous customer, use the Customer Lookup.

Search the customer's name or email address.

Select the customer.

Once everything looks right, click "Checkout"

If the buyer is an existing customer, choose a previous order destination or enter a new address.

Choose the payment type.

If using card, fill in the credit card information and click "Save"

If you have tips enabled and the customer would like to add a tip, do it here.

Click "Charge"
