Once logged into your portal account Click here:

Click "Account Details"

You can add new security questions, or Edit old questions. Click "Edit"

Click "Security Question 1\*" drop down arrow to select questions

Choose any question you would like from the list.

type in your answer to the question above.

Do the same for Security Question 2 and Security Question 3

Choose a question from the list.

Enter answers for your questions.

Once all 3 security Questions have been chosen and an answer entered click on Save to Save your Security Questions settings. A green box will appear stating you have set up your security questions.

You can also change your password from the Account details window. Click Edit.

Enter your Old Password, the one you used to log into the portal, then enter a new password, Click Save to keep your new password changes.
