      From the Practicode platform; Click "Job Mgt" from the left-hand menu.

      Using the filter options select the desired Health System. For example we chose "Demo Enterprise Location"

      Then chose the desired facility. The Facility list will only show facilities associated with the selected Health System.

      If desired Click "Sub Pat Type" to chose a specific specialty case types. Click "Cardiovascular" Clicking the Submit button will apply the filters.

      Or you can click the check box at the top of the list to select all cases shown.

      You can also enter the number of cases you wish to assign in the Cases field. The system will auto-select the cases based on the chosen filters. Type "10" Click "Submit"

      If you want to assign a specific level of difficulty, chose the Level dropdown in the filters area. We have three levels of difficulty: Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced. Click "Submit"

      The "Code Types" selection filter allows you to choose what code type you want in your case assignment mix. This option includes: PDx (Primary Dx ICD-10-CM codes), SDx (Secondary Dx ICD-10-CM codes), Px (ICD-10-PCS codes), CPT, and EM. You can only chose one per filter.

      Click "Categories" provides a list of code categories available based on Patient and Sub Patient type selections. Same with the Sub Categories and Code Categories.

      Assign Cases Steps

      Once you have selected the cases to be assigned, click "Assign Cases" button.

      Select the Coders you wish to assign cases too. You can assign cases to more than one coder at a time, simply type in part of the users name or UserID and check the box next to the user.

      Assign a Start Date; this is the date that the cases will be made available to the user.

      Set an End Date. This sets the date that the cases will be made unavailable for users to code. This will happen regardless if the cases are completed in the assignment or not.

      Click "Continue to Submit" to complete the case assignments.
