    Head to "Notifications"
Scroll down to "Class/Appointment Registration Emails to Instructors + Staff" and click "Detail" next to the "Before Class" or "After Class" notification. In this case, we're going to create an email that gets sent to instructors 3 hours before class, so we've selected the "Before" option.
    Click "Add trigger"
Enter when the email should be sent in the "Pre Class Lead (in hours):" field and click "Create Trigger"
    Click "Add action"
Click "Email the class's instructor(s)" or Email the business" if you want to create an email for Owners and Admins. Since we're creating a pre-class reminder for our instructors, we've selected the former.
In the next step we're going to configure when this email should get triggered. If it should get sent for all classes, select "Always"
Or click "Only when certain conditions are true" if the email is for a specific class. We're going to create the email for a specific class, so we've selected this option.
Click this dropdown and select "The class type"
Click this dropdown to select the class. Please note that you can only add one condition here, even though there are three dropdowns. If you want to have different pre-class emails for each class or appointment type, you'll need to create a separate notification for each class/appointment.
    Click "Continue"
Now it's time to create the email. In the editor, there is a list of placeholders that you can use to personalize the email further. Enter the subject of the email in the "Subject:" field.
To copy a placeholder, click the clipboard icon.
And then paste in the subject or body of the email.
Click "Save Action" to save your email.
And we're done! Our instructors who teach Kettlebells will receive a reminder 3 hours before each class.
