    Review: Not Archived Different Stmt Frequency is when 2 HoHs in the same family statement have different statement frequency fields defined.

    Click "Contributions"

    Click "Statements".

    Change the view in the Views dropdown

    Click "Review: Not Archived Different Stmt Frequency"

    Click a record

    Click "Donors" tab

    Click a record.

    Click this jump link to get to that Donor's record.

    Notice that the Stmt Frequency for this Donor is set to Annually. If you need to change it to something else to match the other Donor then click Edit Record and select the correct frequency.

    Click the "Next Record" to go to the next donor on the statement

    Click this jump link to get to this Donor's record.

    Notice that this donor has a frequency set to Quarterly. If this is correct and the other HoH also has it set to quarterly, you're all set. Otherwise click Edit Record and set it to the same frequency as the other HoH.

    How often you send statements is up to your church. Please make sure that both of the HoHs in a family statement are set to the same frequency just to be safe with your data.
