Navigate to [https://lposd.powerschool.com/admin/home.html](https://lposd.powerschool.com/admin/home.html)

Click on the grade you want to create a report card for, in this example, I will do 1st grade. If you are a secondary school where all report cards are the same you can select all.

Click this dropdown and select your report card. In this case I will be selecting the FS 1st grade Report Card as I am doing 1st grade.

Wait for the report card to build. Depending on the number of students this can take a while, go grab a cup of coffee or something. 

Only click the blue refresh to check the status. When it's done you can click on view to look at the report cards before they are sent. If you are ready to send click the envelope icon.

Since we are doing a report card I will click "Report Card"

At the very bottom of the screen is a green button that says, "Create and send job". If you want to send this report out now, select this. To have it ready to send at a later time you can click on create job. NOTE: Updates to things like grade will not reflect on a created job.
