    Set up a rule to multi-home your tasks for clear visibility

    Create cross-collaboration by setting up the rules to make sure the Content & Design projects talk to each other: -Your "Content" project should have a section named "Design". -Your "Design" project should have a section named "Backlog".

    Navigate to your Asana "Content" project.

    Trigger "When a task is added to the section Design" > Action "Move task To a project", being the project "Design", under the section "Backlog".

    Use the ICE Score to prioritize the work across all teams

    Click "Level of Priority", and choose the one that applies depending on the "ICE score". -At this moment Asana doesn't support rules on numeric fields. Level of Priority: -Low: ICE score 40 or less. -Medium: ICE score between 41 and 169. -High: ICE score 170 or higher.

    Calculate the ICE score of the task > The simple way of doing it in Asana is to Rate from 1-10 the following questions, and then Divide the Sum by 3. *Impact: How big is the potential gain from the initiative in terms of promotion objectives? *Confidence: How much data do we have to prove the Impact and Ease scores? How sure am I in my estimates? Ease: How easy is this initiative to implement? How fast can we get the results?

    Navigate to your Asana project.

    Click "ICE score" to sort from low to high > Click "Save layout as default".

    When you have a new request for Design (in either of the Content or Design project), indicate the result in the field "ICE score".
