Go to Embedded ERP > Prepare orders > Click on "InStock/Partial/Backorder/On Hold" tab

Go to Embedded ERP > Prepare orders > Click on "InStock/Partial/Backorder/On Hold" tab
Click "Prepare"

Fill the item qty for one item(for Partial delivery) and Click "Commit packing"

Fill the tracking number and Click "Add tracking"

Invoice is generated for only the delivered item.
Partial invoice configuration is available from menu Embedded ERP > Order preparation > Configuration > Packing > Invoice only shipped items > "Yes"
