    Locate your patient on the patient list. Click anywhere on the patient row to expand it or click on the downward arrow.

    Click "Data consent"

    Then click on the check boxes to indicate their consent. Inform the patient to read out the OTP (One Time Password) code sent to their phone number. If the code takes a while to arrive, click on the Resend OTP hyperlink to send another OTP code.

    Enter the OTP Code here.

    Click "Proceed without OTP" if the OTP code takes too long to arrive in the patients phone number. Click "Confirm and Save" to record the Patient's Consent.

    Now let us follow the steps on processing patient consent for a patient being searched. On the search bar, enter the patient's name or phone number.

    Click on your patient from the search result.

    Click "Edit patient details"

    A warning banner will appear indicating the to process the patients consent. Click on it, and follow the steps outlined above on processing their consent.
