Catalog Permissions: Adding Users to Departments

Click "SETTINGS"

Click "Catalog Item Access"

Click the users name you wish to assign departments to.

Select the Check-boxes of Departments the user will be assigned to.
If the user is to have access to all departments, click the "Select All" option at the top.

Once the departments have been added to the user, click SAVE to lock in the options.
