Insighttracking

All report information will now be pulled from Insight Tracking, meaning we no longer need to create a Word document for each student. The following assessment data needs to be completed:- **All 17 EYFS Subjects** **All 3 Effort & Behaviour components** - Attitude to learning - Attitude to others - Behaviour We have created a quick guide on how to use Insight Tracking to enter the correct information needed.

**Click** "Enter Data"\ then\ **Click** "School Assessments"

Select the correct academic year Click "Filter Pupils"Click "Filter Pupils"

Click "Class" and select the class you wish to enter data for.

**Select**\ Assessment Name: "Main Assessment"\ Subject: "All 17 EYFS subjects"\ Year: "Current Academic Year"\ Term: Select the appropriate term (Autumn 2, Spring 2 or Summer 2)\ Mark scheme: "Teacher Judgments"\ \ **Click "Load Mark Sheet"**

Fill in all drop-downs\ \ *You can save and return at any time so you do not need to complete the whole sheet at one time.*

After all 17 EYFS Subjects you must complete a separate assessment for effort and behaviour. \ \ Click "Enter Data"\ then\ Click "School Assessments"

Ensure the filters for "Which pupils are you entering data for?" are still correct.\ \ **Select**\ Assessment name: "All 3 Effort & Behaviour components"\ Year: "Current Academic Year"\ Term: Select the appropriate term (Autumn 2, Spring 2 or Summer 2)\ **Click** "Load Mark Sheet"

Fill in all drop-downs\ \ *You can save and return at any time so you do not need to complete the whole sheet at one time.*

After completing both **All 17 EYFS subjects** and **Effort & Behaviour** all data is now created for us to automatically create student reports.
