You are not a robot, you are a human and you should come across as a one to our prospects. We do not want our prospects to think we are sending automated messages (because we are not). Although we have messaging templates, you will need to make a judgement call on whether or not the template needs to be edited, added to, or changed completely on a case-by-case basis.
Part of the reason you are in this role is because we believe you are astute enough to act with autonomy when messaging and replying to our prospects.
