Prosperity Denver Fund SO Portal Navigation Scholars

Access the portal with your login.

You will be then re-directed to your dashboard, click "Scholars".

Step 5: Click the "Search" field. This search will look up by student's first or last name.

Should the scholar not be in the system, you can add them.

Click "Add Scholar"

You can search them by their DPS Id and birthdate.

Type "03/29/2001"

Click "Search Scholars"

If the scholar is in the system, they will come up. If the student that comes up matches your records, click finish.

If they aren't, the system will prompt you to add their information.

You will need to select the scholars "Financial Need \*" from a drop down menu.

Once you make your selection, you will then add the contact for the scholar.

Personal scholar contact is mandatory, guardian is optional.

If you have documented evidence that the Scholar has been a Denver resident for more than 6 months and you wish to affirm their residency, select "Has lived in Denver, Colorado for more than 6 months"

If the scholar has a permanent address, select "Has lived in Denver, Colorado for more than 6 months" and add the address.

If the scholar is currently unhoused, click the "Homeless or does not have a fixed address" field.

This information is optional, but a student will be confirmed residency eligible if they graduated from a Denver high school
