**Indicate the Status based on these considerations:**\
🟢 On track

- There are no overdue tasks in the project.
- There are no delays in the project.
- The project timeline is updated.
  - If you are dealing with multiple additions (new locations, associates, or providers) to your project somewhere from the start date until the middle of the timeline, this requires you to update the project timeline.

🟡 At risk

- There are overdue tasks in the project.
- There are delays in the project the require attention.

🔴 Off track

- The project has surpassed the project timeline dates.

🔵 On hold

- The project has been put on holding period.

✅ Complete

- Project has been successfully completed.
