Open up [Wordpress.com](http://Wordpress.com) and login to the account you are attempting to implement
On the left-hand side, there will be a toolbar. Scroll down to and click Users, then click "Add New"

Once there, select "Administrator" for the role.

Enter Reps email in the "Email or Username" field

Click the checkbox for "This user is a contractor, freelancer, consultant, or agency." Then, send the invite.
