To get started with creating a Source, first start in the [Sources tab](https://platform.sparkadvisors.com/marketing/?tab=sources) within the Marketing page.

Click **+Add Source** to create a new Source.

You can have the Source generate as either English or Spanish.

After you've named the Source, click **Add Source**.

If you have an event and want to put the QR Code for prospects to access the Permission to Contact form, you can click "QR Code" to download a QR code onto your device.

Once the QR code has downloaded to your device, you can paste it onto flyers, your email, or other social media engagements. Once scanned, your Prospects can fill out their information.

You can also generate a link for Prospects to access to fill out their information as well. Click "Copy URL"

On this form, your Prospect will add their name and then a contact method as well.

After reading the message, they can click "Submit" once they've filled everythign out.

Your Prospects can also fill out their Medicare information once they've submitted the survey. Everything they fill out in this survey will be automatically added to their profile, which will save you time!

If you have a Scheduling link, like Calendly, your Prospect can also schedule time with you after submitting the form.

We can see with the information we received from our Prospect, the number of contacts we've gotten from our event went from 0 to 1.

Click the event/Source name to see the contacts that you have received thus far from that Source.

Here, we can see the contact that just filled out the form.

Click the contact's name and you can view their profile and see any information that they've added from the various forms.

Under **Contact History**, we can see the Permission to Contact form PDF will be saved, as well as the name of the Source that the prospect came from.
