Click Data > Advertising Platforms. Here you will see a tile for each ad platform you have integrated with Rockerbox, and can review the status of each.
Spend: Check if spend is being collected in Rockerbox. You can expect to see spend 1 day after it occurs, as Rockerbox aggregates the previous day's data nightly. For many platforms, spend is reported on the Advertising Platforms page. If this is a custom integration, instead check for spend in the Cross-Channel Report.
Spend: For ad platforms which require ad account authentication, scroll down to the bottom of the page to confirm that the account is connected. This can be done even before you begin spending on the channel.
Clicks: Next, QA that URL tracking parameters have been added correctly to all ads. This is how Rockerbox tracks clicks. If tracking parameters have been applied as expected, you will see a green checkmark next to the "Tracking Status." This means click tracking is applied as expected to all ads. You're good to go!
Clicks: If there are issues with the implementation of your tracking parameters you will see an orange error flag next to "Tracking Status." Click "View Issues" to identify the impact, and "Fix Issues" to identify which placements need further attention.
Clicks: The specific error will be flagged at the top of the next page with linked instructions for resolving tracking. Below, detail about the placements that are believed to have missing tracking will be flagged. Follow the instructions to apply tracking to these ads.
Clicks: Once you have applied tracking to the flagged placement, you can silence the alert to mark as complete. Fixed = tracking was applied Ignore = this is a false positive. The placement is not an active ad. Note missing tracking may be flagged up to 2 days after tracking is applied, depending on the time of day that tracking was applied. This is because we will still see some traffic missing tracking for the previous day.
Impressions: If impression pixels are supported by the channel, you can also confirm that the pixels are firing against all placements when expected. The ad objects that have seen pixels fire in the past 7 days will be listed. Confirm that all placements are accounted for. Note if you see brackets in any of the columns, this may signal an implementation issue. You can also see the volume of pixel fires Rockerbox has received by day under "view counts" to confirm the volume of pixel fires aligns with expectations
