    Start in the Sample company.

    To complete this exercise, you must be in the Sample company. From your QBOA account, click on the Gear icon on the top right corner of the screen, then select Sample company.

    Click "+New"

    Click "Expense"

    In the Payee field, select "Tony Rondonuwu"

    In the Payment account field, select "Mastercard"

    Leave the payment date as is (it will default to today). In a real life scenario, you would enter the date of the transaction.

    Because the Rock Fountain is an inventory item, we need to put this under Item details.

    Click "Item details" to expand the grid

    On the first line, in the Product/Service field, select "Rock Fountain"

    In the QTY field, type "4"
