Go to Qualtrics using the link in the ITS pages at the top of this blog post and sign in with your University of Sunderland username and password
To create a new survey click "Create project" (the "Create Project" button might be located on the bottom left in your view)
    ...and choose "Survey"
    Then click on "Get started"
Name your survey and choose "Create a blank survey project" and click on "Create project"
Your first question will be multiple choice by default, you can choose a different question type by clicking on "Question Type"
The first question we will do is going to be multiple choice. You can click into the various fields and write your questions...
There are options to add Bold and other "Rich Content" if you need to in the blue tab.
I have changed the first two answers and just clicking on the third one here:
Once you've finished on your first question click "Add new question"
Choose your question type, let's choose "Text Entry" for my next question
Again, click within the question to change the text
    Here's my Question 2 (Q2):
Go ahead and add new questions as needed by clicking on "Add new question"
This time I will choose a "Matrix table" question type
Once again, click within the text to add your question
And do the same with the options down the left
You can also change the options across the top:
We will now add another new question:
We want to make this "Multiple choice" a "yes" or "no" answer and then, if the answer is "yes", for another box to appear for the person taking the survey to add more information. If they answer "no" the box won't appear.

Want to make guides like this in seconds? Yes, it's really that fast.
