Log in with your gateway credentials (default credentials are username: admin and password: gateway). \
If you forgot gateway credentials you could do a factory reset as explained [here](https://support.indusuite.com/en/article/how-to-factory-reset-a-quark-gateway-in-case-of-a-lost-password-using-a-usb-stick-j1kvh9/)

Log in with your gateway credentials (default credentials are username: admin and password: gateway)

Click "Select firmware" and load the firmware file you have previously downloaded on your computer

Wait for the process to complete. It could take up to 25 minutes

To initiate the upgrade, upload a firmware package below. Before staring an upgrade, make sure that the version that you want to upgrade is newer than the one displayed below. Trying to upgrade to an older version will not work.

Once done, gateway will reboot itself. Reboot will take up to 2 minutes

To check new version has been installed, you could either login again to gateway web interface or check directly into WeldCloud Fleet
