Queue's in Tracker

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to use queues in Tracker. It is useful for anyone who wants to learn how to efficiently manage their tasks and prioritize their workflow in Tracker.

From the home screen in Tracker, select the fax you want to associate a queue with. Then move down to the Queue Assignments just above the Indexing area in Tracker. To view them, Click "the Information icon" as shown below.

To add the Queue to a transaction, Click "Add Queue" and begin typing the name of the queue.

Example start typing "Walk-In Lab Order" and the queue will appear to select and click on. You have now added a queue to the transaction. You can add more than one queue to a transaction.

To remove it, select the X and it will be removed from the transaction. See below screen shot.
