    Navigate to [https://anzdrivetest.crm6.dynamics.com/](https://anzdrivetest.crm6.dynamics.com/)

    Click on a lead you want to qualify e.g. "Santa Claus"

    Click on "Investigate" in the business process progress bar at the top

    Once you confirmed the description and assigned Sales Rep, click on 'Next Stage'.

    Next you move to the 'Qualify' node on the business process progress bar. Click this dropdown and select "Yes" for Customer Contacted, to confirm you've had interactions with the customer

    A qualified Lead automatically converts to an Opportunity. To confirm you Lead has been qualified, click on Opportunities in the left hand side bar and find the newly created Opportunity.

    Your lead has been qualified! Select the opportunity to keep working in this record.

    You've now finished and successfully qualified a Lead.
