We'd recommend opening this walkthrough on your mobile phone and taking it with you as you perform the reset on the Kiosk. You can scan the following QR Code to open this on your smartphone:

      Before Getting Started:

      2
      - We’d recommend choosing a low traffic time to perform this reset. The Kiosk will down for the period of time it takes to do the reset, so choosing a less busy time would be ideal. - During the reset, your Kiosk will lose its connection to your wifi network - so we’d recommend collecting your wifi name & password prior to getting started as you’ll have to input that information into the Kiosk after the reset. The next two steps show you how to review the wifi network the Kiosk is currently using. - Unfortunately - the speed at which the reset takes is entirely dependent on your internet speeds. The length of time does vary, which is another reason why we’d recommend choosing to do this at a time when there isn’t a lot of activity around the Kiosk.
      3
Start by tapping the Accushield logo at the top of your Kiosk homescreen 5 times in a row.
      4
A page will popup - click Settings from the lefthand menu.
      5
Click on Network & Internet. This will take you to a page which will show the name of the wifi network your Kiosk is currently connected to. Remember that name. You'll also need to know the wifi's password. You'll be inputting both pieces of information into the Kiosk after the factory reset.

      Performing the Factory Reset:

      6
Start by tapping the Accushield logo at the top of your Kiosk homescreen 5 times in a row.
      7

      11
If Erase All Data (Factory Reset) is grayed out, a pop up a notification that says "Action Not Allowed" appears, or the screen reverted back to the Kiosk Setting Page, then your kiosk does not need to be reset and no further action is needed. You are all set to continue to utilize the kiosk. If you were able to select Erase All Data (Factory Reset), please continue to follow the steps below to complete this Reset.
      12
Click the Reset Tablet button at the bottom. **Reminder: There is no cause for concern for doing this. All community data will be restored to the device upon completion of the reset.**
      13
Click the button that says Erase Everything. After pushing that button, your Kiosk will start to go through the process of performing the reset and you'll see a few different loading screens pop-up. **Reminder: There is no cause for concern for doing this. All community data will be restored to the device upon completion of the reset.**
      14
Soon you'll see a screen where you can press a Start button.
      15
This is where you'll re-connect the Kiosk to your preferred wifi network. As always, we recommend connecting your Kiosk to a strong, private network to ensure the best performance. If you don't see your wifi network's name appear on the shortlist, click the See All Wi-Fi Networks button. Click on the name of the Wi-Fi network.
      16
Type in the password for your chosen wi-fi network. It may be helpful to click Show Password so you can verify what you're trying. If your password has capital letters, you can make that change by clicking the upwards arrow on the keypad at the bottom left. Click Connect once done.
      17
Once connected to your wi-fi, your Kiosk will start booting back up and checking for updates. The speed at which your Kiosk boots up is entirely depended on how strong your wi-fi network speeds are - so the wait times may vary.
      18
      Click Accept and Continue.
