In this document, we'll provide a step-by-step guide for generating a quote and issuing a policy for a couple subject to Health Declaration B.

Indicate if the sale is by phone/email by clicking **"No".**

If the customer is with you, in office, click **"Yes".**

Click the **"Calendar"** icons and select the **departure** and **return** dates.

**Tip!** Keep an eye out for "linked text" throughout the quote and application tools. Simply hover over these links to access helpful tips and guidance as you navigate through the quote and application process.

1. For customers interested in purchasing Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance: **Enter** the **total trip cost divided by the number of insured individuals.** This applies only to individuals who are eligible to be covered under the same contract.
2. Specify if the customer wishes to add Pandemic Protection to their travel insurance policy by selecting **"YES**" or **"NO"**. *(Hover over the linked text for additional details.)*

Choose the destination from the drop-down menu.

If the trip includes multiple destinations, select **"Multiple"** from the drop-down menu or choose the location where the insureds will spend the majority of their time.

Hover over the **"Insured Person(s) List"** text to view the eligible dependents that can be included on the policy.

1. Complete the required fields for *all* travelers.
2. To remove an individual from the quote/application, click the icon under **Action** beside the name of the person you wish to delete or remove from the application.
3. Click **"Continue"** to proceed.

A **"Warning Notice"** will appear, indicating that you have reached the eligibility questions of the application.

Click **"Close"** to continue.

1. These questions are automatically generated for travelers subject to Health Declaration B. A **"Yes"** response to any of these questions will render the traveler ineligible for coverage.

2. It is crucial that these questions are answered properly. Click the **radio button** to confirm.\
   (*If the customer has any concerns or is unsure how to respond, they should consult their attending physician.)*

3. Click **"Continue"** to proceed

On the **Available Products** screen, choose coverages based on the customer's specific needs and budget.

1. The [deductible](https://qc.bluecross.ca/partner-guide/procedures_en/deductible) refers to the amount the customer will be responsible for in event of a claim. It defaults to $0, but you can select a different deductible from the drop-down menu to fit the customer’s preference.
2. Click the "linked text" to view a pop-up with an overview of the benefits included in each available product or package.
3. Select product and customize coverage (*if appliable).* For additional details on available products and coverage, please refer to the [Partner Guide.](https://qc.bluecross.ca/partner-guide)
4. Explore additional purchase options by clicking the available drop-down menus. Once selected, the **product** and coverage options will turn **blue**, indicating they are being applied for.

**Note:** Accidental Death and Dismemberment and Air Flight Accident benefits *must* be purchased as a package.

Click **"continue"** to proceed through to the application.

Notice Regarding Pre-Existing Medical Conditions

A **"Warning Notice"** will appear, indicating that you have reached the Notice Regarding Pre-Existing Medical Conditions section of the application.

Click **"Close"** to continue.

Please read the instructions thoroughly and carefully review the medical questions with the traveler(s).

Click the **"checkbox"** to confirm that you have fully reviewed the Pre-Existing Conditions Clause with the customer.

1. Click the **"+"** to expand the list of insured individuals and review their details to ensure all travelers are correctly included in the policy.
2. Verify the benefits and coverages selected.
3. Review the total policy premium.
4. Confirm that all travelers have valid Saskatchewan Healthcare Coverage by selecting **"Yes"**.
5. Tick the **checkbox** to confirm that you have reviewed the Flight Delay Service benefits with the customer.

Click **"Continue"** to proceed.
