    The [**Visitors to Canada** **Travel Plan**](https://qc.bluecross.ca/partner-guide/products-coverages/visitors) provides coverages for expenses related to illness or injuries that occur during the coverage period while insureds are in Canada or a side trip outside of Canada. Customers looking to purchase our Saskatchewan Blue Cross Visitors to Canada Travel Plans must meet the following criteria: - 31 days – 79 years of age at the time of purchase - Not covered by a public health insurance plan - Offered to: - **Foreign workers** in Canada who possess a work permit - **Foreign Students** in Canada who possess a work permit - **Visitors** to Canada - **Immigrants or permanent residents** awaiting coverage by a public health insurance plan or people who have completed the steps to obtain such status - **Canadian citizens returning home** after a long absence - **Super visa applicants and holders** in Canada
