    Re-process a declined transaction in CardConnect portal

    Only an Admin user can re-process transactions. Please only use this function if the donor has granted you permission to reprocess the donation again.
    Navigate to [https://www.cardpointe.com/account/#/administration/batching](https://www.cardpointe.com/account/#/administration/batching)
    Click "Reporting"
    Click the "Search" field and enter the donor's first OR last name.
    Click on the correct transaction that you would like to re-process.
    Click on Re-Process button.
    Scrolling down on the transaction will let you know if successful or declined.
    Tip! Please pay attention to any notifications from the portal if the transaction was successful or denied. You may need to scroll to the bottom to see the new declined reason. \ \ If it declines again, please inform the donor to try another payment method.
