    Rearrange Folders in a Shared Outlook Inbox

    Click "File Tab"
    Click "Account Settings..."
    Click "Account Settings..."
    Double-click your email address.
    Click "More Settings"
    Click "Advanced"
    Uncheck "Download shared folders"
    Click "Apply"
    Click "OK"
    Click "OK"
    Click "Close"
    Click "Close"
    Once back to Outlook, click "Close"
    Re-open outlook and open the shared Outlook Inbox. Move your folders as you would wish, then repeat the steps above to reenable the Exchange Cache.
    Click "File"
    Click "Account Settings..."
    Click "Table View"
    Double-click here:
    Click "More Settings"
    Click "Microsoft Exchange"
