1. Find your recs on hold
2. Reach out to the member for more info via Zendesk
3. If no response after 2 weeks, ignore the rec in Admin

Click the date bar to select what time period of 'on hold' recommendations you want to look at

In this example, I chose the last 7 days

You can sort the recommendations by name to easily find yours by clicking the 'last updated by' column

Click the admin links to be taken to the on-hold recommendation. Once resolved, the query will be updated!
It is your responsibility to ensure your on-hold recommendations are addressed regularly. This is an important process as its the first point of touch for many people coming to Nurole
