If you are a non-ADA Member, please log in with your User ID/ADA Number and Password. If you are not a Dentist nor an ADA Member you will need to click "Create a new account" to register for the workshop.

The following information is required to create a non-dentist account to register: • First Name\ • Last Name\ • Email\ • Primary Function (Hygienist, Assistant, Spouse, Vendor, Child, Dental Office Staff, Other Non-Dentist)\ • Create a User ID and Password\ • Address\ • Phone

Once an account is created, please click "Continue" to be directed back to register for the workshop.

Confirm you are redirected to the correct workshop then cllick "Register"

If you have a promo code, it can be entered in the top right corner then click "Apply"

There may be some questions for you to complete prior to processing payment but that's it! Thank you.
