    Register for your exam at the Exam Accommodations Center

    You will receive an email that your professor has created your exam meaning they have referred your exam to the EAC.

    Navigate to your Canvas account to register for your exam.

    Click the course that you are registering to take an exam for.

    Click "Exam Accommodations Center"

    Click on the exam you are registering for. *You must be added as a restriction on an exam submission in order to have access to register for that exam. If have not received an email to register for the exam and/or you do not see it on your dashboard, you will not be able to register for it.*

    Click any optional accommodations you would like to use for this exam. Note: Accommodations without a checkbox are always applied to your exam registration.

    Any accommodations not selected will not apply to this exam registration. *You **MUST** select the optional accommodations in order to apply them to your exam appointment.*

    Choose the date you would like to take the exam. Only the dates in blue are available for your exam.

    Click this dropdown menu to select a time to take your exam.

    Click the "Student ID# (required)" field and enter you ISU student ID# All above fields auto populate from Canvas.

    Click the "I understand that I am scheduling an exam at the Exam Accommodations Center- 1200 Hixson-Lied (required)" acknowledgement.

    Read the "Exam Guideline Acknowledgement" Click the "I agree to follow the above guidelines" acknowledgement.

    Click "Add to Cart"

    It will take you to your cart to complete your registration. If it does not go to your cart then that appointment time might not be available or one of your selected accommodations might not be available during that time. Click "Complete Registration"

    A registration acknowledgment page will let you see that you have successfully registered to take your exam and what accommodations you are using.
