Work through the seven "train stops" (screens) to complete registration.

Complete the *Company, Tax Organization Type, Supplier Type, Tax Country, and Taxpayer ID* fields. If you do not have a *Taxpayer ID*, you may use a *D-U-N-S Number* or *Tax Registration Number.*

Enter your contact information.

Click "Next."

Select the current contact record by clicking the area to the left of the name.

Click the "Edit" button.

Add job title and phone number.
Tip! By default, three roles are assigned to each contact. To remove roles that do not apply to you, follow steps 9 - 12. IMPORTANT: KEEP THE UT PO SUPPLIER BIDDER JOB ROLE.

Select the role that does not apply to you by clicking to the left of the role.

Click the drop-down arrow for "Actions" and select "Remove."

Repeat steps 9-10 for other roles that do not apply to your position. IMPORTANT: KEEP THE "UT PO SUPPLIER BIDDER JOB ROLE."

Click "OK."

If you wish to add more bidding contacts to the record, click "Create" and follow steps 14-17. Otherwise, skip to step 18.
Tip! If you add a co-worker's contact information, let them know that they will receive two emails from Oracle.
1. The first email will be a read-only "approval" email.
2. The second email will be a "welcome" email with a reset password link.

Enter the first name, last name, and email address for the contact. You may also add job title and phone number.
