    Accessing Verinote from Altia Identity

    In Altia Identity, click 'Connected Apps' and you will see any Altia Service(s) you are subscribed to. Click 'Verinote'. That's it. You're in and ready to create your first Verinote. You can always access your Verinote at [id.altiacloud.com](http://id.altiacloud.com), through the Connected Apps page. Or, you can navigate directly to your organisations Verinote page, by entering your URL (https://company.verinote.app). Either way, the sign in experience will be the same.
    In Altia Identity, click 'Connected Apps' and you will see any Altia Service(s) you are subscribed to. Click 'Verinote'. That's it. You're in and ready to create your first Verinote.     Download the Verinote Mobile application for Apple or Android from their app stores.

    For the next step in setting up your Verinote Mobile application, you will need your organisations Verinote URL. This should be provided to you by your organisations Verinote IT administrator, however you can access this in the Verinote Desktop Web Application as it is simply the website in your browser window while you're in the Verinote Desktop App. It will almost always be an acronym of your organisation followed by 'verinote.app' for example 'abc.verinote.app'.

    When you open Verinote for the first time on your phone: - First, select 'Use Verinote URL' at the bottom of the screen (Left Image). - Then, enter your organisations Verinote URL as discussed in the previous step (e.g., abc.verinote.app) and click 'Go' (Centre Image). - You will then be asked to confirm if you want to log in, select 'Continue' (Right Image).

    On the next screen (Left Image), click the Microsoft or Google Icon(s) if you are using work credentials (SSO). Then, select (or enter the credentials) of your work account (Centre Screen). If you are not using Microsoft or Google SSO, enter the email and chosen password you have registered with Altia Identity. With any of the above options, during your first log-in - you may then be asked to give permission to Verinote to access your location (for location stamping), Camera (for image capture), and biometrics (for fingerprint or facial recognition login). And that's it - you're in. Click the big blue button to create your first Verinote entry (Right Image).
