Navigate to [https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/dashboard](https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/dashboard)
Click the drop-down arrow on the Voice menu
Click "Call queues"
Select the relevant call queue
Navigate to the "Call answering" menu
Notice existing members of this call queue. Click the user you wish to remove.
Click "Remove"
Click "Submit" to save your changes
Now you can verify your changes.
Notice the affected user is no longer a member of this call queue.
Click "Cancel" to exit without saving.
