Navigate to the "Admin Console".
Click "Members",

Search for the member / guest to remove from Asana.
Click "...".

Click "Remove".

Make sure to assign project ownership from the member / guest to remove to another active member:
• By default the Admin user that is removing the member / guest is the one that will appear here, but it can be changed to another member (for example the manager / leader of the team the member / guest was working with).
