    After logging into Monsido, select Policies from the navigation menu.

    Select "Policy List" from the side navigation menu area.

    Select the Filter button (located next to the search field).

    Select "Labels" from the filter list.

    From the list of labels, locate and select "Accessibility Policies."

    Locate and select "Remove i tags" from the list of Accessibility Policies.

    Locate the number of policy hits at the end of the table row, and select the hyperlink.

    Select the hyperlink for a page in the list. This will open the policy report for that page.

    Locate the policy issue, "Remove i tags" and review the details about the issue.

    After reviewing the policy page report, select the Accessibility link from the navigation area to access the Accessibility page report.

    On the accessibility page report, locate and select "i (italic) element is not used."

    In the page details section, you'll find a list of HTML snippets that indicate i tag (<i>) usage . If necessary, select "show more" link to see the entire snippet. Review each snippet.

    Select the "CMS" button to navigate to your WordPress site. If you are not already logged in, you may need to login first, then select the CMS button again.

    Once in your WordPress editor, locate and select the "Text" tab on your workspace.

    Use your browser's search and find feature by selecting the keyboard shortcut ctrl + f (Windows) or cmd + f (Mac). In the search box that appears, type <i> to locate all the instances of the i tag in the text editor.

    In the text editor, all matches to the search criteria are highlighted. If you have panels on your page, you may need to open each panel to locate the i tags.

    Replace i tags with emphasis tags (<em>).

    After locating and replacing all i tags, locate all closing i tags by entering </i> into the search box brought up in step 15. Replace with closing em tags </em>

    After ensuring all opening and closing i tags have been replace with the appropriate emphasis tags select Update from the Publish menu to finish saving the changes to your page.

    Back in Monsido, click "Mark check as fixed" to relay the corrections you've made.
