This guide provides instructions for generating key reports to manage Personal Health Plan policies and track advisor performance. It includes reports on lapsed policies, sales summaries, and customer details, supporting both individual advisors and brokerages. Reports can be downloaded in various formats for easy integration with other systems.

Select "**REPORTS"** from the top-menu bar.

Select the desired report from the available options: - **Lapsed Repor**t – A monthly report detailing Personal Health Plan policies that are in a lapsed state. - **Advisor Sales Summary** – A summary of advisor sales per quarter, including cumulative results up to the current quarter. - **Advisor Customer Lis**t – A downloadable report containing your customer details, including policy information, premiums, renewal dates, and key data needed to effectively manage your individual book of business. Click **"NEXT"** .

1. **Advisor numbers:** This feature is available to **Individual Advisor - Support** users and **Individual Advisor - Super Users**. These users can select an advisor number from a dropdown list to generate reports specific to that advisor. This functionality is primarily used by brokerages with multiple sales advisors, dedicated administrative staff, and principal advisors to streamline reporting and support business operations efficiently. 2. **File Type:** Users can download reports in **PDF** or **Excel** format. Select **Excel** if you need to manipulate the data or import it into your organization’s customer relationship management (CRM) system or other analytical tools. Select **"GENERATE"** to review, print or download the report.
