Type the name of the playlist you want to report. Or search, if you don't know.
Let's use "MusicArray" as an example here.
4
Click the playlist you want to report, once you find it.
I will use the first one that came up under my "MusicArray" search, as an example.
5
Click the three dots under the playlist title ("indie pop 🦋 - playlist by MusicArray | Spotify").
Note: Usually there are songs listed here, but it looks like this playlist has been removed. But I can still use the "report" feature here, regardless.
6
A menu will expand under the three dots.
Click "Report"
7
Once you've clicked "Report" on Spotify, you'll be redirected to this page.
I recommend choosing "Deceptive Content" for bot playlists. (This is probably the most fitting category, given the options we have here).
8
You will then be navigated to this window.
The playlist URI will be pre-filled for you.
Click the drop-down menu, and several options will appear.
9
Generally, you want to report the playlist DESCRIPTION - because having contact information in the playlist description violates Spotify's platform rules.
Bot playlists always have a contact in the playlist description. So let's start there.
10
But since this playlist has already been removed, there is no longer a description available - so this error message pops up. If this happens, choose TITLE to report instead, from the same drop down menu.
11
Click "Playlist Title"
12
Agree to the terms by checking the boxes.
13
Click "Submit Report"
14
You're done!
It doesn't let you tell them anything additional, and they don't follow up with you later. It's just sending a message into the void, and hoping it goes somewhere.
