Start with creating a case within CDK's support portal. If this option is not available, skip to the Germain IT section

Navigate to: <https://cdkcare.cdkglobal.com/s/>

Log in with your CDK SimpleID Login. This is **not** your DMS login. You can register from the login page if needed.

Alternatively, you can start a chat with CDK Support at the bottom right of the screen for more immediate help.

Clear out the default "Dealership Name (CMF)"

Select the appropriate application area from the dropdown.

You can enter your DMS login name here if relevant.

Add any other employee emails that need to be able to see this case number.

Click "Home" to go back to your ticket dashboard once done.

Find the CDK Case number. Germain IT will need this if they need to get involved.

You can update CDK support staff with the comment feature.

Navigate to <https://my.germainportal.com/> and sign in using Microsoft.
