Reputation Accelerator: Edit Campaign, View Reporting & Comments

Navigate to [https://dashboard.accushield.com](https://dashboard.accushield.com/)

Click "Guide" and then "Reputation Accelerator"

Click this checkbox next to the campaign you want to edit.

Click the "Edit" button.

This will open up the campaign. There will be a few fields greyed out - those are uneditable. If you want to change an uneditable field, we'd recommend turning off this campaign & making a new one with the changes you'd like.

You can edit how long this campaign runs for, how often you're asking your guests to leave feedback and edit most of the text elements.

You can also edit your alerts or create new alerts for this campaign. To edit existing alerts, click the pencil icon next to them. Editing an alert will allow you to add new staff members to start receiving that alert. To create a new one, click "Create A New Alerts"

Once you're done making your edits, click "Republish"

For Reporting - Scroll down on that "Overview" page and you should see a list of all of your campaigns. There will be details immediately displayed, but to see more in-depth reporting, click on the name of a campaign.

On this page, you'll see a list of all the feedback that's been left for that campaign.

You can view multiple pages of data or change the number of items being displayed at one time.

Along with the category ratings, you'll also gain insight in any comments being left. Users can leave comments if they are signing-out of your community using the Accushield Mobile App.

You can click the "Filter" option if you want to narrow your search. For instance, you may want to apply a filter to see all 1 Star ratings, a filter to see all comments that have been left or a filter to see feedback from only Tours.

You can choose the "Export" button to download that data into a CSV file.

Exporting the data allows you to see even more details about the individual leaving feedback - including their phone number for ease of contact. If negative feedback is left, we'd recommend using the contact information in this report to reach out to the person and help resolve their situation. Consistently checking the reporting on a weekly or bi-weekly basis is recommended.

Back on that "Overview" page, we will also display a feed of all of your Google Reviews sorted by the most recent reviews. For Reputation Accelerator Premium users, we include your Google reviews along with a green badge that represents all reviews left by past visitors who have participated in a Reputation Accelerator campaign.
